Organic wines from Hawke's Bay, on the East Coast of Aotearoa New Zealand. Aotearoa is one of the first places in the world to greet the morning sun — a fresh start that arrives with a dawn chorus, waraki in Māori, of melodic birdsong echoing from tree to tree. Our wines are harvested in the cool of the morning, a little after the dawn chorus, while there's still dew on the ground. Minimal intervention, maximum intention.
